2. Metasearch Service & Booking Disclaimer
Important Booking Notice
SkyFlights is an independent travel search and comparison engine. We are not an airline, hotelier, travel agency, tour operator, or car rental provider. We do not sell flight tickets, manage hotel bookings, or issue rental car contracts.
When you select a deal on SkyFlights, you are redirected to the website of a third-party booking provider (such as an airline, online travel agency, or car rental broker like Expedia).
- Any booking you make is entered into directly with that third-party provider, subject strictly to their terms, cancellation rules, and baggage policies.
- SkyFlights has no control over, and accepts no liability for, the booking, tickets, seat changes, flight cancellations, luggage loss, refunds, or customer support issues handled by third parties.
- For any queries, changes, or cancellations regarding your reservation, you must contact your booking provider directly using the reference number provided on your booking confirmation email.
3. Pricing Accuracy & Indicative Quotes
Airfares, hotel tariffs, and rental car rates fluctuate dynamically based on demand, seasonal availability, seat inventory, and currency exchange rates.
While SkyFlights uses live API connections to retrieve up-to-date pricing, fares are indicative until confirmed on the third-party provider's checkout screen. SkyFlights cannot guarantee that a specific price or seat will remain available at the moment you finalize your transaction.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, visual styling, source code, logos, trademarks, and database structures on SkyFlights are the intellectual property of SkyFlights or its licensors and are protected under Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of this site without our prior written consent.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law and global consumer protection guidelines:
SkyFlights participates in affiliate marketing programs with partners including Expedia, Awin, Travelpayouts, Aviasales, and Kiwi. When you click on certain outbound links and complete a travel transaction, SkyFlights may receive a commission. This commission is paid by the partner and does not affect the price you pay.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- SkyFlights provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- SkyFlights shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our comparison engine or any third-party booking service.
- You agree that travel involves inherent risks and you are responsible for checking travel advisories, passport validity, visa prerequisites, and obtaining comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
